It has free WIFI, Tv, free parking in front of home. Each space in this house has been prepared for you to have a memorable and pleasant experience that feels like home. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group meetings. The home has its own entrance, is well furnished, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, 3 bedrooms with queen and king size beds, 2 futons, 1 sleeper sofa, full bath with shower and tub, Movie room studio with an electric fireplace, and a back patio. The patio includes a grill, punching bag, swings, hammock and trampoline in the back yard. All rooms has remote control ceiling fans. The dining area has a large table that accommodates 10 people. The living room has a recliner sectional, Office space and electric fire place. You will have full private access and use of the entire home. Access to the home is via an electronic lock with your own personal code. Please note: The home can be rented for less than a month for $1000 per week. There is a one time cleaning fee charge of $250 for move out services. Refundable Security deposit: $500 First month Rent due upon move in. Utilities included. Utility allowance up to $150.
