A queen self-inflating air mattress is available upon request. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary kitchenware for your stay. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sectional for lounging, and for entertainment, the house includes a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku, basic local channels, and high-speed internet. The patio provides a lovely sitting and reading area with beautiful views of nature. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay.
