The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals, including a large air-fryer with 3 levels and individual heating times, a hot plate, all utensils, a coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials to get you started. Enjoy the spacious backyard, outdoor dining, and fruit trees. Ask about add-ons like early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, EV charging, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. You have access to the driveway, and if you have an electric vehicle, you're welcome to charge up your EV with the EV charger, which is free for overnight from 11 pm to 7 am. During peak hours from 7 am to 11 pm, there is a Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. You have access to your private studio, shared driveway, EV charger, backyard, fruit trees, and outdoor dining. Laundry is located in the bathroom, and the owners need to use it once a week but can work it out with your schedule. Outdoor security cameras are for guests' safety and the host's peace of mind. Pet lovers only, as the owners in the main house have 3 lovable small dogs, but they are very friendly once they get to know you. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and no unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is allowed. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal instructions include not putting metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay, and all pets must be declared. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. A vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for any fur or spills, and if you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair to prevent clogging the drain. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for entertainment and remote productivity. A laptop computer is not included.
