Step into this cozy home away from home in the heart of SoFay (South Fayetteville). The large living area features plush seating, a desk, and a 55-inch Smart TV. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's vibrant food scene, you can whip up your favorite dishes in the fully stocked kitchen with dining space for four. The living room also opens to a small patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air. The primary suite includes a Queen bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. Please note there is a gap between the vaulted ceiling and the top of the bedroom wall where it connects to the living room. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville offers something for everyone. Whether you're visiting the University or exploring local eateries, this location won't disappoint. Situated near the downtown square and one block from U of A, public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options are readily available. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
