Considering the whole package, this is an excellent housing value: 1) your own private, separate locked detached/stand-alone ‘ohana unit (and another seperate locked-off attached unit is available as well- 2) a separate bathroom- 3) your own private separate mini-kitchen with a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate- 4) outdoor areas in the larger and beautiful yard to hang out, cook, play, recreate- 5) garden space to plant vegetables- 6) small covered storage cabinets- 7) water service- 8) electricity- and 9) full laundry- no extra charge. The unit is partially furnished but could be unfurnished or additionally furnished if desirable. The following requirements are non-negotiable and include: 1) a six-month lease- 2) a deposit equal to first month?s rent- 3) applicant must fill out an application- 4) criminal background check with $50 fee, which is the very last step.
