This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers updated comfortable furnishings, making it an ideal home for your Solana Beach vacation. The beach-themed, bright condo accommodates up to six guests and features a king and twin bed in the main bedroom, a queen and twin trundle in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a beautiful green community view from the west-facing patio, with just one building between you and the ocean, making those gorgeous views only steps away. Both the living room and master bedroom have patios. You can BBQ dinner outside on the grill, then relax with some TV in the living room with high-speed internet included. The condo is fully equipped with a fireplace, washer/dryer, and beach chairs, ensuring your family has everything needed for a delightful stay. Two assigned parking spaces are available in the gated parking garage. You can take the stairs down to the beach for an evening stroll, sunbathe by the complex's swimming pool, or enjoy a game of tennis. The complex is one of the few that heats its pool year-round, making it perfect for lap swimming anytime. For longer rentals of 30 days or more, guests are responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest, and the excess will either be billed or charged to the credit card on file. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils, but spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked. The Solana Beach & Tennis Club complex sits on the ocean bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a large pool for lap swimming (heated year-round), two spas, four tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The condo comes with two parking spaces below the tennis courts. Beach access is conveniently located within the complex, with stairs leading down to the beach and showers available to wash away beach sand. Located just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach. Nearby attractions include Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Cedros Design District, USS Midway, Balboa Park, and more. The pool will be closed for the month of February 2023 for resurfacing, but two hot tubs remain available for use. This condo does not have air conditioning, relying instead on the coastal breeze and fans. Occupancy is limited to six persons, including children. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and pets are not permitted. Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to reach the front door and parking. The Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. For work-from-home needs, a hot spot is recommended as service interruptions and outages are beyond control. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests, but supplies for the entire length of the stay are not included. A laptop computer is not included.
