This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Max 2 pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
