The upstairs (main) bedroom has a king bed while the downstairs “barn” room has a queen bed. The upstairs bath has a deep soaking tub with a shower while the downstairs bath has a shower. There are lake and/or forest views from each bedroom. The main living space includes a dining room and a separate eat-in kitchen with an electric range, a refrigerator with an icemaker, and a dishwasher with new flooring. The living room has comfortable furniture (couch and 2 easy chairs), a new 43” Smart TV, and exits to a deck with lake views. In between the living room and dining room, there is a space set up for exercise with hand weights, exercise balls, and mats. Upstairs, in addition to the master bedroom and bathroom, is a loft that is set up with a couch (folds out to a double bed) and a desk area with a lake and forest view. A washer/dryer is available in the unfinished basement. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pets are welcome with a monthly pet fee of $25/cat and $50/dog. The very steep driveway is not passable after November 1, so parking is at the bottom of the hill. It is a hefty walk up to the secluded duplex. The downstairs unit is currently unfinished/unoccupied, with renovations occurring over the fall and winter. Tenant is responsible for all utilities other than Internet (heat, hot water, electrical, plowing the parking spot, and lawn maintenance). Wintertime Lake Morey activities include cross-country skiing on the lake and in the conservation lands nearby; skating on the Lake via the developed lakeside loop (when conditions allow); pond hockey at the nearby Lake Morey Inn; and ice fishing. Access to The Sanmon is via a steep driveway that is not accessible in the winter.
