Welcome to Sunset Delight! This breathtaking second-story 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo, boasts expansive views of the Myakka River. Located in the well-established gated community of Harbour Village, where your adventure awaits. There is a clubhouse just two buildings down from the condo and includes a lounge area, library of books, a ping pong table, a pool table, and a fitness center. Outside you will find communal grills and picnic tables to enjoy a BBQ with friends and family. There is also a Olympic size heated swimming pool, with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the Myakka River! Make sure to bring your bait and tackle, there is a pier with benches that you can cast your reel out, and bring home the biggest fish! There is also a lot of dolphins that pass by, so do not miss your chance of seeing that! Within a short walk across the parking lot from this condo are the boat slips, which are first come first serve. You are able to access the intercoastal and the Myakka River. Upon entering the condo, you are greeted by a lovely open concept floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen is set for a pro, so making all your favorite treats will be a breeze. Adjacent, you will find a dining table that can accommodate up to four comfortably as well as a breakfast bar with seating for an additional two. The living room offers two plush couches, one is a pull-out couch. From both the dining room and living room you have views of the gorgeous water. Enjoy access to the back patio through the living room sliding glass doors as well as the master bedroom. The patio will be your favorite spot, where you have 360 views of the gorgeous water and pier. There is outdoor seating for four. Next to the living room, is the master bedroom. This room offers a king-size bed and private access to the patio. The views never stop! Attached is the master bathroom, with a large walk-in closet and a separate vanity. The en-suite bathroom has an updated vanity and a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. Adjacent is the main bathroom that has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo, along with a detachable showerhead. The last space is perfect for kids! Head up the spiral staircase from the living room to the bonus room/den. Sunset Delight is tucked away in nature, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in peace. Once you are out on the end of the pier, you will never want to leave. All you hear is the water, and wildlife around. Furry friends welcome. Domestic pets only (there are some breed restrictions). With prior notification to administration kyaks, trailers, boats, and RV's may be parked in the Harbour Village storage area outside the premises. Don’t miss the gorgeous sandy beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key Beach and Caspersen Beach. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Punta Gorda, Englewood, and Boca Grande. Catch your fish of the day at the many fishing piers that are nearby (Myakka, Placida, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda), or venture south to Boca Grande of Gasparilla Island for a day trip! Explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost amid the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. **Taxes and fees not included.
