Acerca de esta propiedad
Enviable location in downtown Lebanon. This one-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a house in the central business district. It is within walking distance to the many eateries and festivals in downtown Lebanon. Only half-a-block from the Carriage Parade and monthly summer festivals. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or a bathtub (shower only in a small bathroom). There is a deck that overlooks the backyard, which is rare for downtown living that has mostly parking lots in the back. Tenants must sign a one-year lease and pass a background check, with no evictions on their record. The first month’s rent and security deposit is due in full before occupancy. No exceptions. References are checked. The apartment is strictly no-smoking and no-pets. There is sometimes noise from the downtown area (music from summer festivals and the occasional drunk yelling on the street). This is an urban location but overall it is not very loud. Owner pays the water bill, but the tenant pays the electric and gas bill. Tenant must qualify for a Duke energy account in his/her own name. There are no interior pictures available until the current tenant moves out. The apartment will be available for showings beginning December 15th.
