Washer and dryer hookups for this unit in shared basement, 2-3 cars may park in the shared driveway, depending on vehicle size. Pets accepted on a case by case basis, subject to owner approval. Pets Accepted on a case by case basis with Owner approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 mo/rent and pet screening fee per pet prior to move-in.
