The RV is powered by propane, and both water, grill, and stove are connected to propane. Efficient propane usage is encouraged to ensure a comfortable stay, with additional costs potentially incurred for higher consumption, particularly when using the stove or taking showers. The awning needs to be retracted each night before going to sleep and also when checking out to prevent damage from high winds. Late check-out fees apply: a $150 fee for late check-out after 10:00 am, and more than 2 hours late incurs a charge of that day's rate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a violation fine of $300. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, with a violation fine of $300 per pet. Occupants cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking, and any unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per night per guest. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of late check-out. A laptop computer is not included.
