Electric fireplace. Vinyl wood plank flooring downstairs / carpet in upstairs bedrooms 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 18 may occupy the property. No smoking inside house or garage or within 100' of building. Owner provides all maintenance of lawn at no additional charge to renter. Dogs under 30lbs considered with good reference. No cats. Pet fee will be charged. For the safety of children and small dogs on the block, absolutely no Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Sheppard dogs or mix of these breeds. Absolutely no large breeds. Absolutely no breeds with multi-layers coats of hair. Renter must provide proof of gross income three times greater than monthly rent. Reference by current property manager and/or current employer is required. Deposit is 1/2 month rent with good credit and good reference. We reserve the right to charge a full months deposit with pet. This is a diverse neighborhood welcoming all. We are a small family-owned rental business that takes pride in prompt maintenance. Residents still have the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping, allowing for access to city amenities without big-city traffic.
This part of the city remains an active hub for schools, retail stores, and neighborhood associations. Free State High School anchors the neighborhood, and younger children attend Langston Hughes Elementary School on the west side of Lawrence.
