You can also enjoy the resident roof deck, resident clubroom, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
