This apartment home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in a great neighborhood. You walk into a nice living area equipped with a fireplace. The dining area is nestled between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove and plenty of cabinet/storage space. The bedrooms offer ample space and generous closets. The small private patio can be accessed via the dining area. Carport parking can be found behind the units. The fenced community pool is located just West of the units. Trash services are included, no pets please. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We are located at 420 N. Court Street, in Visalia. You are more than welcome to come into our office and check out keys to view the unit if interested. We require a refundable $20 cash key deposit as well as a copy of your ID. Be sure to bring the following if you would also like to fill out an application: 1. Valid Driver's License or ID 2. Proof of Income 3. Social Security Card The Equity Group Inc. 420 N.
