Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only. Additional or unauthorized animals/pets will incur a charge of $150 per pet. Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals/pets outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals/pets. Laundry usage is FREE for our guests. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Nearby bus stops are just a 4-minute walk away. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals.
