All guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom,which has a traditional shower/tub combination.  Pool/Lanai/Dock: The home has southern rear exposure providing you all day sunshine to relax by the electric heated pool. A beautiful screened-in lanai allows you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere with plenty of seating outdoors,an outdoor shower,and a pool bath. Guests also have use of the private boat dock (boat life is not available for tenant use). If you're feeling adventurous,use the two kayaks available to take a ride down the canals.
