Tenant pays one utility bill - the City of Bentonville - electricity, water, sewer, and trash pick up. Average is utility bill is $150 depending on the season and use. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. $60 application fee for Credit and Background Inquiry. If application is acceptable then Deposit will be $600 or higher. Pam Underwood Realty and Rentals is the owner/broker/manager. Please no phone calls and please email only for initial conversation regarding this rental and your rental resume. Due to the Coronavirus and my personal safety, I am not scheduling appointments for viewing the apartment until I receive a sufficient Renter Resume by email. This building is my source of income so I do have Minimum Income Requirements, desire an occupant with a Good Credit Score and Rental History, and will pass a Criminal Background Investigation with no offenses.
