The bedroom layout includes a king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living area. Parking is available for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with fees applicable depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. The Vibe District is known for its creative atmosphere and incredible community environment. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four guests. No smoking of any substances is permitted on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure.
