This newly rebuilt 1-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and offers a comfortable stay for up to four guests, featuring a pull-out sofa in the living space. Situated in The Vibe District, it is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as the Virginia Beach Sport Center. The vibrant VIBE Creative district, known for its phenomenal restaurants, cafes, breweries, and incredible community environment, is also nearby. The apartment is just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market, which takes place every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm. It features a king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living area, providing ample space for relaxation. Parking is available for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with potential fees depending on the requested time. Half-day options, such as an 11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure, may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. The Vibe District offers a lively neighborhood with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and Virginia Beach Sport Center. The area is known for its creative atmosphere, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and breweries to explore. Nearby construction is underway for the future Surf Park, adding to the area's appeal. There is a strict policy of absolute silence after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four guests. Smoking of any substances is prohibited on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure. Guests must be 22 years or older to rent. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers for deliveries.
