The townhouse is just a short 3-block or 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, providing easy access to local attractions and nightlife at the Oceanfront. The townhouse boasts a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, perfect for preparing meals. Relax in the cozy living area with a TV, or step out onto the balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the quaint courtyard. The downstairs bedroom features a king-size bed and a large TV, while the upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a spacious closet. Ceiling fans in each room ensure comfort throughout your stay. Basic cable and free Wi-Fi are included for your entertainment. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. The townhouse includes a single-car parking garage suitable for compact cars and mid-size SUVs, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. For longer stays, linen rentals are available for an additional fee. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals can be arranged and delivered to the house.
