All of our properties have secured entrances, an on-site Laundry Room, and the buildings are Smoke Free. Lease: 6 Months, then Month-to-Month One Off Street Parking Space for Tenant Parking only, Heat, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling is included in monthly Rent amount.
