Acerca de esta propiedad
(952) 653-2138 - Highland Manor - Welcome to Highland Manor! Our pet-friendly apartment buildings are in a quiet, residential neighborhood and conveniently located near stores, schools, parks and restaurants. Each cozy and cute two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is bright and clean with abundant closet space. Apartments are available for $849 with a one-year lease and $949 for a month-to-month agreement. We pay for water and garbage; you would pay for electric/gas, cable, etc. The deposit will be based on the results of the credit and background checks. Small, well-mannered pets are welcome with a $250 deposit and a pet fee of $35 per dog and/or $25 per cat, per month. Each building has a laundry room with coin-operated machines. One parking space is provided and there is plenty of off-street parking. The application fee is $45 per adult, including the background and credit checks, however we're waiving the fee this month. We will not rent to anyone with an eviction or felonies on his or her record. To move in you'd need the first month's rent (which is pro-rated for the month you would move in), plus any pet fees and deposit(s). If you'd like to see what we have to offer or have any questions, please call us at the number below. Thanks again for your interest and we hope to hear from you soon! Situated near the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri rivers, Williston has been booming for centuries. It was a gathering place for the earliest people of the plains and a rendezvous point for fur traders and explorers. Today, Williston is home to Bakken Oil and many people working to make North Dakota the second largest oil-producing state. Williston also continues to honor the agricultural tradition.
Williston offers plenty of things to do, with a variety of historic attractions, outdoor recreational opportunities, and entertainment choices. Residents can go fishing and boating on Lake Sakakawea, practice their golf swing at nationally ranked golf links, peruse the exhibits at James Memorial Art Center, go fast at Thunder Valley Speedway Go-Karts, and learn more about the history of the region at Fort Buford State Historic Site or Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site.
