El edificio está muy bien cuidado por un propietario atento y amable, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y bonito. Aparcar en la calle casi nunca es un problema y hay muchísimas cosas geniales a poca distancia a pie o en coche: tiendas, restaurantes increíbles y varios parques. Siempre que hemos necesitado algo para nuestro apartamento, el propietario ha respondido con prontitud para solucionar cualquier problema. Se nota que se preocupan por la propiedad y los inquilinos.
