(These instructions are also located at the house in a binder with activities brochures, info. sheets and menus.) Yes, we would love to host your doggies on your family and friends’ vacation! As they are your best friends! My “Pacific Beach Mermaid” home is ideal for pets as we have two separate areas that are enclosed: *Dog Run - We have a dog run in the back of the home. Enclosed Patio - We also have a side enclosed porch where you can hang out together with a sectional couch and dining tables. *Front Yard - The front yard has a beachy yard/garden, a patio, fire pit, chairs, dining table but not enclosed. *Blocks to Mission Bay - We are two blocks from the Mission Bay and Crown Point Shores with a beach and park for dogs to run. Dogs must be on leash. There are dog parks and dog beaches (closest Ocean Beach & Fiesta Island) nearby too. Dog Beaches *Dog Beach - Ocean Beach (24 hr. off-leash) - located at the west end of Voltaire St., this off-leash dog beach is one of the most popular in San Diego *Fiesta Island - Mission Bay Located in Mission Bay Park, dogs are allowed in all areas except for the Youth Campground and Least Tern nesting sites (seasonal). Daily 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, this area offers calmer waters than the ocean and sand dunes to run on. *North Beach Dog Run - Coronado (24 hr. off-leash) - located on Ocean Blvd. near Sunset Park at the northern end of the beach next to the U.S. Naval Station entrance. Dogs must be leashed until you reach the beach. Foot shower and free dog litter bags at the entrance to the run. *Del Mar Dog Beach - Del Mar (post-Labor Day thru June 14 off-leash) - located at Via De La Valle and Highway 101 at the rivermouth. off-leash area is north of 29th St. The monthly rent is $150 per daymonth and a $150+tax hypoallergenic cleaning (+mandatory tax) so guests who are allergic to pets may enjoy the home too. Pet owners agree to not leave out dog food inside and outside and to clean the waste up immediately for sanitary reasons. My housekeeper will charge you $? per pile fee to clean up after your dog.
