The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, along with shelf space and reading lamps. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals, featuring an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The unit also includes a washer/dryer. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Pets are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150 for keys or fob and $200 for garage door opener if any. All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. A background check and government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. A $1000.00 fine will be charged for smoking on the property. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine. There is a $1000.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Check-in is flexible after 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Late checkouts incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter. A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am. Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property. The balcony is compact, offering just enough space to stand and enjoy the view. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed.
