Free parking is available on the premises, but garage parking is not included per owner request. Free parking is available on-site, and the home offers easy access to major roads including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car, and Chicago O'Hare Airport is 90 minutes away. Rockford City Lines provides local bus service, and rideshare services are readily available. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $100, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animals or pets will incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will be considered negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property. Respect for the home and community is expected at all times. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or studying, high-speed WiFi, and a smart TV with streaming services. A laptop computer is not included.
