The apartment includes a king-size bed in the first room, two full-size beds in the second room, and a queen-size bed in the third room, each with a flat-screen TV. There are two bathrooms, a living room, and high-speed free Wi-Fi. A resort fee of $35 per night plus taxes and valet services for $40 per day are payable directly with the Hyde Beach House Resort. Parking will only fit standard-size cars, and oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. The value of valet parking for oversized vehicles has a different cost, which must be consulted in the building at the time of check-in. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Hyde Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive, and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest, including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; note that this will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed.
