The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with all cooking essentials. A dining table seats up to four guests, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided on a first-come basis. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet, and certain breeds are restricted. A pet registration form and up-to-date rabies vaccination details are required. A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and an additional fee of $100 per unauthorized guest per night will apply. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges of $100 per hour. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM.
