Located immediately across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of Cape Canaveral and the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends, or families who want to play in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach, this apartment is here to maximize your travel experience! Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," this unit includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like romantic decor, open concept design, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find a wide couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. This unit is an ideal escape and landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. 400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, perfect for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests. A refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver is required for all reservations.
