The cabin is equipped with a bathroom with a shower on the main level and a bathroom with a shower-tub combo on the upper level. The basement includes laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and linens and towels are provided. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, a firepit, an outdoor gas grill, and convenient snowmobile access. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
