Serve your meals in the dining space using the handy serve-through window and enjoy dining together at the provincial-style table set for six. There are three generous bedrooms within the home, each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features access to the covered patio and is filled with a luxuriously large king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second sun-filled bedroom features a large queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with two twin beds. Parking for two cars is included with your stay. Enjoy access to two community pools with chic cabanas. Beach gear supplies, including towels, toys, an umbrella, and two beach chairs, are provided for your convenience. Island Oasis is located right by the beautiful St. Augustine beach, where you can step out your door, walk along the private path to the boardwalk, and onto the white sandy beach. Take an easy 15-minute stroll to Anastasia Plaza and stock up on everything you need with a huge Publix supermarket, restaurants, and even a Starbucks. The townhouse is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island, sharing the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district hold. A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum, a must-see when visiting the island. Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do. The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins will incur a fee of $50 per hour. A laptop computer is not included.
