The main floor is completely open and gets drenched by natural light from slider doors on both sides of the condo. Starting at the front you have a breakfast porch that spans the width of the condo. A nice benefit of this location is that Cardinal Drive has its own private road with condos only on side. This allows for minimal traffic and a peaceful woods view out your front porch (and not another bay of condos or parking spots). The kitchen has a useful island to prep or eat meals at and still space for dining room table. There is a pantry and half bath in this space. The kitchen comes with microwave and all the appliances including a dishwasher, disposal, and a gas stove (great for people who like to cook!). Another highlight of this condo is the gleaming red oak hardwood floors that span the entire first floor. This makes it feel modern, clean, and is also easy to maintain and goes with all furniture. This a great size deck to entertain on and it even comes with a grill. There is also access to the backyard off the deck. Upstairs you will be impressed with the recently updated full bathroom. There is double vanity and sink, a large closet for linens, and a designer paneled fiberglass shower/tub. The ceramic tile floor finishes this modern bathroom. Farmington has some of the best ranked schools in the state. Hiking, parks, the Farmington river for kayaking, are all close by. ESPN is less than 15 mins away.
