Tenant is renting the cottage/home and the surrounding fenced yard only, no access to the ranch property including the pastures. As this is a certified organic chicken ranch tenant will not be able to use any chemical sprays or chemical weed control. Tenant(s) need to be comfortable living in a country environment and a working farm. One small dog (under 25 lbs) considered with additional deposit. The owner is looking for a long-term tenant, however; the Lease Agreement will be month-to-month. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and a limited amount of electrical.
