Lawn care included for your convenience! All appliances included in lease. Close to shopping, hospitals and restaurants! This home is currently tenant occupied. We must give at least a 24 hour notice to the current tenants prior to showing. We limit occupied unit showings to regular business hours Monday- Friday from 9-5. We only show occupied units once per day. Typically this results in group showings where we walk one group through at a time.
