This is the 3rd floor model unit with the best 2 car parking location in the building (closest to elevator). I am the first owner and have lived with my family here for 2 years. It includes separate room storage, locked bike room, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, dog-walk, and party room. Complex is pet friendly (2 big dogs max) and so is the unit, though pets have never lived with us. Smoking will only be allowed on the patio please. HOA, Water and Garbage is included. The local is walking distance from many of San Diego's best restaurants and hot-spots including Urban Solace, Rancheros, Mosaic, The Office, True North, Claire de Lune Cafe, Cafe Calabria, Heaven Sent Desserts, undisputed, Zensei Sushi, Cardamon, Alexanders and lots of new ones popping up each month. If you haven't discovered what makes Northpark so quaint and eclectic and overall awesome, ask someone who's lived here, it's the perfect balance between urban and suburban. Just such a good vibe, I can't say it enough, I will miss it dearly but our little one is growing up and needs more space that only a house can offer. On the block of 30th and University, La Boheme is 5 minutes to Downtown, 2 minutes to Balboa Park, and 2 minutes to the 805 freeway, 5 minutes to SDSU. La Boheme is new construction with granite counter-tops, quality cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer in the unit. Balcony overlooks quaint courtyard with fountain and is buffered from street noise, and there are 2 walk in closets. You have to see it and experience the area to understand.
