The master bedroom also features lovely French doors that overlook the pool. The three and a half bathrooms are clean, fresh, and modern with high-end finishes. The master bath contains a gorgeous vanity, beautiful tiling, a standing shower, and a soaking tub. The perfect place to gather as a group will be in the large open-concept living area. The spacious living room features a fireplace and is beautifully furnished and accessorized with comfy couches and chairs. Finally, having saved the best for last, let’s talk about the amazing entertainment options in this home. Off the main living area, you’ll have your very own game room. The amazing backyard features a large pool that will keep you cool and provide hours of fun and also a hot tub for the cooler days. The yard is completely fenced-in to allow you the utmost privacy. There is also lots of patio seating all around including lounge chairs, a hammock, and an outdoor seating and dining area so that you can chill poolside, catch some rays, or cozy up with a book. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of two pets per stay. Additional guests beyond six will incur a $29 per night fee. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and a fascinating history. It’s dripping with pure Texas charm! Just an 11-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 12 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 25 minutes away. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at this property. The occupancy is limited to 10 guests, but by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with the exception of children related to an occupant. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. This device does not record or store sound data.
