The sunny open concept dining and living area features a large dining table that seats six and comfortable furniture surrounding a gas stone fireplace. Access the back deck for additional outdoor dining, and enjoy the lower level's second living area with a TV, air hockey table, and arcade-style game. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. Pool and gym passes are available, subject to availability and any restrictions set by the resort. Additional trash pickups during your stay are available for $10 per pickup. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, making it unsuitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and noise levels should be kept low during the day. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. Trash or food must not be left outside due to the presence of wildlife, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee.
