With 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to refresh and relax without any hassle. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in multiple rooms keep you connected and entertained. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The upstairs bathroom is accessible through the bedroom with the twin trundle bed without a separating door. The basement bathroom is located on the unfinished side. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool and backyard. Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye. No furry friends are allowed in the pool. Keep sharp claws at bay to prevent rips. Avoid using plastic mini waste including confetti, glitter, water beads, and balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals. The pool is a saltwater pool. The pool season closes on September 30 and reopens on May 15, weather-dependent. The hot tub has a cleanliness fine of $250 if not maintained properly. Please use beach towels, not bath ones. The hot tub should remain on and set to 100 degrees F when not in use. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. While cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help.
