Other amenities include a laundry room and play area/hobby space/storage are in the basement. The home includes the enjoyment of Wifi*, TV, and a large back yard with a patio and bbq/smoker. There is no central AC but the house generally stays cool, especially downstairs. The windows also work well to be opened in the evening to allow cooler air in.
