All Uplift Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more! More details upon application. $40 Application fee is NOT refundable. Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent.
