Adorable back yard with brick patio overlooking the water. Paver driveway fits three cars. 1.3 miles to commuter rail which goes into Boston. Must have solid references and a credit score over 685. Year-round lease, available January 1st. Please note: This house was built in 1900 and there are low ceilings in the basement where the laundry is. Most people over 5'3 have to tilt their head in spots to walk around. Also, the opening for the doorway to the bathroom is a little over 6 feet. Anyone over that height will need to do a head tilt. The house is very cozy and comfortable for 1-2 people. There is a very low stone wall in the back yard bordering the river which could be dangerous for young children. If you own a small dog, it's not a completely fenced in yard but you could put up a temporary fence at your own expense.
