Upstairs queen suites come with private balconies and baths, while the fun zone loft includes a sleeper sofa. An additional basement bedroom with two twin beds is accessed through the garage, with one bay available for renter use. This prime location offers easy access to Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and nearby ski resorts like Grand Targhee Ski Summer Resort and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Enjoy hiking and activities in the Tetons right here in Teton Valley, affectionately known as the "quiet side" of the Tetons. Convenient access to regional airports and local towns like Driggs, Victor, and Jackson makes this home an ideal base for your adventures. The property features three security cameras located outside, ensuring privacy within the interior and hot tub zone. Guests are expected to respect house rules, including quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, no events or parties, and no smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. An additional charge applies if smoking evidence is found. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is permitted on the property. Guests must clean off before using the hot tub, with additional cleaning fees applicable if necessary. Fines apply for violations, including smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules, and mistreatment of the hot tub, with a minimum $500 fine for certain infractions. A team is available 24/7 for any urgent needs, ensuring a comfortable stay.
