The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are available. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. There is a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway, and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes.
