Please note, this ADU is on the site of our former garage, and we live in the house next door, separated from the ADU by an alley. No parties, no events, no pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind please. Quiet hours from 9 PM - 7 AM (neighbors are close). Minimum rental is one month. Long term lease possible. Please note, this is a fully furnished place, nothing may be hung on the walls, and all utilities are included. References required. A background check will be run.
