The townhouse spans three levels, with the first floor featuring one bedroom, the second floor including a living room and a half bathroom, and the third floor housing three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy modern exterior and interior design, high ceilings with light-filled windows, and hardwood floors. The townhouse boasts a modern full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of closet space, and three TVs. Two balconies with outdoor seating provide additional space to relax. The gated community ensures safety and security. Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and street parking available. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. The shared outdoor pool is accessible from 8am to 10pm. Located in the heart of Mid City, you'll be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. The townhouse is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to one of the Mardi Gras routes. The townhouse has a maximum occupancy limit, and gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators of the occupancy limit may be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Guests must climb stairs to access the townhouse. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required.
