Less than 15 minutes to the South Shore station with trains going to Chicago and South Bend. We require the first month’s rent and security deposit ($1,600 each) at the time of lease signing. For prevention of fraud/scams of both owner and tenant, we do the lease signing and initial monetary fund exchange in person only (not via mail, online, apps, etc.). We do background and credit checks and prefer a credit score of at least 650. In the past, we have regularly rejected applicants with past eviction(s), certain criminal convictions, and low credit scores. We prefer a maximum of 4 occupants. No smoking indoors.
