Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee per pet. The studio has street parking only, which can be challenging to find at night. Be aware of street sweeping days to avoid tickets. Located in the fast-growing neighborhood of Normal Heights, you can walk to Adam's Avenue to enjoy craft coffee, cocktails, buzzy local eateries, and live music. Unique shopping, nightlife, and family-friendly spots are nearby. Trolley Barn Park, a gorgeous playground and park, is just a quick drive away. The studio is completely detached with no shared walls, but the parking spot in front may be used by guests staying in the front house. Guests of the front house will also have access to the washer and dryer located on your patio. The studio kitchen has an electric cooktop only, with no oven. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed prior to check-in, which can be done online. Pets must be approved in writing, and pet rules must be followed, including proper disposal of waste, not leaving pets unattended, and keeping dogs leashed outside.
