We would be happy to show you our community and model at your convenience, and the type and size of apartment. Our 1 Bedroom Cathedral and Traditional Style apartment is approximately 657 Square Feet. Our 2 Bedroom Cathedral Ceiling Loft Style apartment is approximately 818 Square Feet. Our 2 Bedroom Traditional Floor Plan Style (some of which also have Cathedral Ceiling are approximately 823 Square Feet We are situated on 9.5 lush, garden acres with a spacious and beautiful apartment community. We have a NO pet policy. Certain small birds and fish may be approved by management. Our amenities, which include covered parking, sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, On Site Laundry facilities, Internet, Cable and Phone Wiring, Patio or Balcony, among others, are numerous, and they are described on our web site. We would be pleased to assist you with your apartment needs and the type of apartment you wish. To secure an apartment for the time you require, we suggest you contact us as soon as possible. We can take your application and deposit, process it and place you on our reservation list for the time you require an apartment. This will insure fulfillment of your apartment requirements. Our Application form and other information are available on line at our web site. There is a One-Time Non-Refundable Application and Processing Fee of $55.00 per Applicant and per Guarantor/Co-Signor. Our spacious 1 Bedroom -1 Bath apartments begin at $2100.00 per month, and require a “Security Deposit of $2,200” plus a ONE-TIME non- refundable application fee of $55.00 per adult occupant and Lease Guarantor. Our spacious 1 Bedroom -1 Bath Plus Loft Bedroom or Office start at $2450.00 and require a “Security Deposit of $2,400” plus a ONE-TIME non- refundable application fee of $55.00 per adult occupant and Lease Guarantor. Our spacious 2 Bedroom-1 Bath (traditional floor plan), start at $2800.00 and require a “Security Deposit of $2,600” plus a ONE-TIME non- refundable application fee of $55.00 per adult occupant and Lease Guarantor. . In addition to the rent, there is a $100.00 monthly, or any portion of a month, Rent fee for sewer and trash. Income must be at least three times the rent. If appropriate, a Co-Signor Guarantor may be useful to secure the apartment, if income of the tenant is not sufficient. The OUTLOOK does not enter into lease, rental agreement or any proposal with, or prepared by, third parties. The OUTLOOK only utilizes in-house rental agreements, terms and conditions. Our spacious Loft and TWO Bedroom 1 Bath apartments can accommodate up to three (3) individuals. Our ONE bedroom apartments can accommodate up to two (2) persons. The Loft floor plan has cathedral ceilings, a bedroom on the main level and a Loft Bedroom on the Loft/Top level. We do not rent furnished apartments, however we can assist you with furnishing the apartment by putting you in touch with a local furniture rental company with a broad selection of furniture and furnishings at very reasonable rates. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, such as dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, disposal and some with microwave. State of the art Laundry facilities are conveniently located throughout the apartment community. We do NOT enter into Rental Agreements prepared by ANY third party, including government sponsored voucher, housing or other programs that utilize documents and agreements prepared by others. The Office address of the apartment community is OUTLOOK Apartments, Manager’s Office, and 363 Western Drive, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Our Office and Model are open seven days a week from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Public transportation stops daily in front of our community and, as the web site indicates, we are close to the major schools, to shopping and other places of interest. Please call us at your convenience to discuss when you require an apartment, availability and other details. At this time we can also make an appointment for you to visit our community and see our model. The floor plans, photos and approximate footage of our apartments can be found at our web site, along with other information about the Outlook apartment community.
