Sobre el Agente de Listados
Anthony Vitale
Compass Florida LLC
Tony Vitale grew up in the tight-knit community of Oceanside on the South Shore of Long Island. Spending his summers split between the beaches of nearby Long Beach and his grandparents' summer home in Southold on the North Fork. Like most Long Islanders, being surrounded by water, boating and fishing were a big part of his life and as he got older, he couldn't imagine being more than a few minutes from the water. It was only natural that he ended up in Florida, where that lifestyle is enjoyed all year round. After attending Baruch College, majoring in marketing and advertising, he went on to hold several sales and management positions where his people skills and straightforward, no nonsense approach proved to be very effective. In his early 20's he was already a top salesman in companies full of experienced and successful people. Often having the highest monthly volume and touted by his superiors as a fast learner and hard worker. By using all that knowledge and learning from those around him, while creating his own style, but maintaining the key elements of each of his mentors. From work ethic to treating clients with respect and earning their trust with results, not promises. He maintains this same approach today as a Real Estate Agent. Before moving to Florida and becoming a full-time Realtor, Tony was a Project Manager in the commercial construction and maintenance industry. Working closely with some of New York City's top developers, building owners, and property management companies. Over his 12 years in various roles within the industry he was involved and many times oversaw all kinds of projects. From simple cleanouts and interior demolition of office spaces to renovating entire buildings in Manhattan. Managing over 40 projects throughout Williamsburg and the Brooklyn waterfront over a 5-year period, working exclusively for a large REIT that had purchased close to half a billion dollars in property and was a major catalyst of the revitalization and modernization of that neighborhood. Always with the same attitude of making sure the client was more than satisfied with both the progress and final results of each project. In 2020 when COVID hit and caused so much chaos and confusion, especially in NY, the decision to head south became clear. What was originally going to be a temporary escape from the lockdowns became an extended stay and a decision to pursue a new life in South Florida. As the real estate market heated up, Tony joined a top firm in Jupiter and began his career on the other end of the deals. With his years of sales experience and knowledge of building and renovating, he developed a keen eye for investable properties as he navigated the Palm Beach markets. During this time, he was introduced to Rich Elliott, a South Florida native with 20+ years of Real Estate knowledge and experience. After working together on several successful projects, they formed a partnership and started a small brokerage. Seeing success in their first year, but also realizing that in order to grow and thrive in today's world of technology, social media, and data-driven sales, they needed to join forces with Compass for their cutting-edge technology and resources, extensive network of agents across the country and beyond, and the overall culture of the company. The Tony Rich Project was created as an up-and-coming team under the Compass banner here in Boca Raton.
